Everest Altitude was founded in 2025 by consultants who had spent their careers at major strategy firms and left with a clear view of what those models did well and what they routinely failed to deliver.
The institutional consulting model solves one problem well: it can staff large, complex engagements across multiple workstreams simultaneously. What it does less well is provide the kind of persistent, senior-level engagement that most organizations actually need — where the same person who identifies the strategic problem is also the person who helps implement the solution and is accountable for the result.
We built Everest Altitude around the latter model. Engagements are small by design. Senior consultants carry them from scoping through delivery. We do not win work by promising senior access and deliver through junior execution.
We are based in St. Petersburg, Florida and serve clients throughout the United States. We travel as the work requires.
